Orders and Terms


Orders

Orders must be placed by 2.30pm for next day delivery.
Orders for Monday must be placed by 3pm Friday.
Orders can be placed by phone - 9419 0517
Orers can be placed by fax - 9419 0527
You are welcome to place a standard order but again, we must be notified of any changes by 3pm.
We can format an order sheet as a reference when ordering, or to fax through.

Deliveries

Orders will not processed if under 50 dollars
Orders within 10 Km of the GPO must be over 50 dollars for delivery.
Orders further than 10 km from GPO must be over 70 dollars for delivery.
Inclusive of GST
Orders are delivered in refridgerated Fig vans.
We will try to accomodate with your desired delivery time, most of our deliveries are made before 10am. However, we require you to provide a reasonable 'window' of delivery times. We also require a secure, refrigerated delivery point.

Weekends and Public Holidays

Fig is closed on Saturday and Sunday.
Fig also closes on Public Holidays.
Fig also closes between Christmas and New Year, we will give you exact dates of closure closer to the time.

Product Tags

We can supply laminated product tags for our products.
They are 8x5 cm, watermarked with our logo and have space for you to display your retail price.
Let us know if you like to take advantage of this service.

Terms of Trade

All new customers will need to complete our application for wholesale supply.
All customers will be COD until the application is completed.
Customers requiring a credit account will need to complete our credit application and will be COD until it is processed and approved by our accounts department.

Returns & Credits

If one of our products does not meet expectation, please call & let us know immediately - 9419 0517.
We will make every attempt to rectify the situation.
Credit requests can only be considered within 24 hours of delivery.
It is essential that you return any product in question, so we can identify the problem, and fix it where possible.

Philanthropic Fig

Despite the fact we only make our products to order, we sometimes have food left over.
We choose to donate this produce to a wonderful not-for-profit organisation called FareShare.
They 'resuce' food and distribute it where it's needed most.

Shelf Life

Most of our products are baked or made to order early on the day they are delivered to you.
The shelf life column on our menu is our recommendation as to the length of time the product will be in peak condition. You will find a date stamp on the underside of our freshly made products - this is the date the product was made.
